unfortunately, one of the towels was not changed when I came in and was still stained by the previous customers in this room. Fortunately, they recleaned my room on my request.

I actually booked through Expedia. At the front desk the Apple didn’t work so it caused a lot of inconvenience. The staff was nice and cooperative though however when I asked to extend my stay the manager was charging me more than usual and at the second time none of my payment methods was going through. The manager was charging more than usual. Also the hotel key stopped working every time so i had to move out to correct it every now and then. None of the payment methods work and they also didn’t accept online booking.

Staff was pleasant, price was great, it is not the newest hotel around, but actually quite well maintained. I would stay here again.
Clean pool (I did not use.)
Reasonable breakfast included.
My one bedside lamp wasn't working was the only downside worth mentioning.

The young man at checkin hurriedly left before I could ask what time breakfast was served. It wasn’t posted anywhere and I was looking for dinner suggestions. He forgot to turn the heat connection on for the room, so I had to call for that. The room has dim lighting. The bathroom lighting and venting are on timers. While I was in the shower at 5:30 am with the door closed the lights went out. There was no grab bar in the shower. I’m a senior. It was totally unsafe. Fortunately I wear a Fitbit and it lit the room enough for me to find my bearings. Also the table between the beds had a sticky substance on it that hadn’t been cleaned. Normally I like Quality Inn for reasonable prices, comfortable beds and free breakfasts.
