“I was impressed how well the staff handled the difficult situation in which I needed to relocate to another hotel since the room I booked was not available anymore. One of their team members took us to another (very nice) hotel, paid for the taxi, ensured express checkout and made sure the breakfast was included. Building customer loyalty in unexpected situations is not an easy task, but this team did an amazing job. Will come back for sure.”

“Everything was decent except for the fact that the noise isolation was very terrible. It's right next to the primary road so you can clearly hear the hyper at Friday night last until almost sun rise, then, it came after the city services like city-cleaning and the trams which can literally keep you up till the next day.
One last thing is we can clearly hear the noises from the preparation of the house-keeping at around 6-7 am.”
