「The host was extremely helpful when we needed help and even made a call for us to help with train ticket issues since we do not speak Portuguese well enough. He also sent maps on how to get to a few places. Again very convenient and helpful. I will say it is a little bit of a drive to get to a grocery store. 「Benefits:- Well-positioned (30 minutes from center of Porto through the bus)- Big accommodation (3 rooms / 4 beds)Drawbacks:- Only one shower for 6 people ...- Broken chair- No coffee machine for 6 people, no toaster (bought during the vacation and refund by the manager)- No light in the staircase (repaired during the vacation)So globally a good apartment but not enough followed by the team in charge of it. 」
