「Property was almost vacant, only 4 rooms were occupied.Looks like it is possibly changing hands as most of the property was locked up.Breakfast consisted of mouldy bread small amount of fruit and stale muffins.I don’t do reviews of properties but feel the need to this time. 「This is an easy recommendation - very professionally run with great staff. Excellent beds and rooms - currently renos have just about finished so all rooms are new. Central to Luganville. A really easy place to have a base for all the sightseeing and adventuring that Santo offers.」

「Highly affordable place and employees try to maintain general cleanliness alright. A fellow guest in another room was unlucky enough to get bed bugs. She was allergic to the bites and had to go to the clinic. Mosquitos were causing a few bites every day, and I figured they probably got into my room during the room service hours when staff opened doors to dry the mobbed floor. Being in a tropical climate, maybe the management should consider regular pest control measures.」
