Large and luxurious Villa of 195 m² ground floor 8 to 10 people with private pool (9 x 4m) and large terrace of 65m² on enclosed garden, with garden furniture and dining area and BBQ, in a quiet pine forest 50 meters from the beach of thin sand. Beautifully furnished, all comfort without opposite.
Fully equipped kitchen open to living room dining room of 75m²
4 bedrooms and 4 independent bathrooms overlooking garden or pool. Air conditioning in all rooms, wifi connection, satellite TV.
All shops and restaurants nearby in fishing village, golf course at 3 Kms,

Amazing property in Apulia
The property more than lived up to expectations. The house is beautiful and the garden / pool area is all you could want for a truly relaxing stay. We loved every minute - it was hard to drag ourselves away to explore. Restaurants and beach are just a 5 minutes walk. Would highly recommend. Communication with the Owners was excellent and check in was so easy.

Comfortable & spacious villa
We enjoyed two weeks as a large family with 5 kids from 7-15 at this clean, comfortable, nicely appointed villa. The pool area is awesome, including outside barbeque, and the house is perfect for larger families or groups of friends with four bedrooms incl. individual bathrooms. Highly recommend this property.

Un séjour parfait !
La maison de Joëlle et Gilles est tout simplement magnifique, décorée avec beaucoup de goût (mention spéciale pour les beaux tableaux de JB), très bien équipée et très pratique pour un séjour en famille avec enfants (chaque chambre a sa salle de bain). La piscine chauffée et le coin barbecue sont un vrai plus. Idéalement située avec une très belle plage à 5 minutes à pied et le centre-ville d’Apúlia est proche également (très bonne poissonnerie et marché quotidien). Un grand merci pour l’accueil à Marisa et Philippe et à Joëlle et Gilles pour leurs attentions et disponibilité. A refaire !
