「Location was perfect」

「Wonderful and friendly staff」

「Do not let the reviews fool you; this place is awful and the staff are the absolute worst. Upon check-in, the room reeked of wet dog so badly we had to buy a Glade plug-in just to breathe. The toilet takes 10 full minutes to refill, and the shower spit out yellow water that ruined my hair (staff nonchalantly blamed highway construction, but it’s clearly ancient, rusty plumbing). On day two, our key card randomly stopped working, forcing us to deal with the front desk just to get it reprogrammed....

「I couldn’t sleep during my stay because the hotel was extremely noisy. I asked the staff during check‑in for a quieter area, but they didn’t seem to care or make any effort to help. My room was right next to the entrance door, and at 4 AM a garbage truck arrived while people were talking loudly outside, which made the noise even worse. I had an important interview the next day and ended up feeling exhausted. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.」

「Check-in is advertised as anytime after 4pm. I arrived late at night and there was no self-check in and the lobby was closed. I called the emergency line and the directory was unhelpful resulting in no contact with any person. I ended up finding alternative housing that night. I messaged the property June 20th (as of June 26) have had no response. I can't even receive a refund because they won't respond to my bank.」

「Nice enough place. We only stayed 1 night as a last minute decision. Older place but very clean. Breakfast was included. There were restaurants within walking distance.」

「雖然房間係比較舊，毛巾偏黃，整體尚算整潔。床褥偏軟，環境寧靜，有泳池，池水溫度很暖，有早餐，不過味道一般。但總算應有的都有。性價比頗高。沒有投訴。 備注：停車場有個頗大的凹陷洞，需要多加留意。」

「Soooooo, the pool was actually horrendous and we didn’t go. There was a soccer group there running about and chips on the floor-inside the hotel room was clean-but the pool was why Kate wanted to go so between that being inswimable and the kids yelling and running wild and finding food everywhere it really killed the vibe. On the other hand if you’re going with a team your kids can have a great time running around and they’re very understanding」

「I had a very good and quiet sleep with lots of nice pillows and a very clean bed, as well as a clean room and towels. Checking in was easy with messages arriving in a timely way for how to use the pin to unlock the door. The lamps in the room had outlets to plug in my phone charger and I loved the retro fridge and microwave. The bathroom was spotless and the towels smelled clean and fresh. The only thing I would’ve appreciated is a blow dryer in the bathroom as the one I brought stopped working....
