We loved the suite, it was like a little apartment! Clean and had everything we needed. The only thing we weren’t super fond of was we had to keep going to front desk to ask for toilet paper and towels since there was no maid service to bring us any. We would continuously have the ‘Service Please’ sign hanging on the door and nobody ever came to clean or take the garbage out or give towels/tp during our 5 day stay….Other than that, it was an amazing visit and we would love to come back!!

Such an amazing experience. Room was clean, staff was so professional and polite. But the best part after our check out when we reached home we realized we left two of our sunglasses and our uggs in our room. I got a call from a staff member letting us know that we forgot a few items and that they would be keeping it aside for us so we could pick it up later this week. The staffs honesty and kindness is so appreciated and for that reason I would recommend staying here. Thank you Carriage Ridge Staff. :)

Room was clean, great location, comfy beds and linen was clean and crisp. Complimentary in room coffee was not great set up. Regular coffee pot but small tea bag filled coffee pods to use- sugar and sticks no creamers.

Very clean room ( a little dated). The reception staff were very helpful with check in and explaing everything we needed to settle in. Very convenience as it was 1 km from our destination of Vetta Spa. Would stay again at Carriage Ridge Resort.

I stayed over the weekend, Saturday to Sunday. As for the hotel or resort, friendliness is something I take for granted, and in that regard, I was satisfied. The problem was the cleanliness. Isn’t that supposed to be a basic standard, too? It seemed like the sofa bed had never been checked — there were not just one or two stains, but several large ones. I wonder if a resort can really charge guests while leaving things in that condition. If you plan to use the sofa bed, I strongly recommend checking it first. However, be aware that the resort might not be able to change your room if they’re fully booked. I can provide photos if needed.

The resort room is fine, but the room wasn’t too clean, quite a few buds can be found on the bathtub, and inside the sofa bed. It was not pleasant. The staff wasn’t too friendly either, I believe her name is Sarah, I trust that she is the management staff but she was blunt despite I understand there was certain policy for the hotel. I think she could have use a more friendly tone instead of creating not too positive impression for customer. Also, I was talking with the front desk agent, the agent did not even say a word and she stood at the back and throw all her words. I wasn’t too pleased with the attitude. I was in the field for many years and it could have done different or at least with some smile and talk politely. Also, my initial booking was with the direct phone agent, which they charge me in USD, but when I did the cancellation, my bank charge me extra service charge despite their refund the USD back to me, but I wasn’t been told while I made that reservation that I will be charged in USD. Anyhow, I wasn’t having a pleasant experience either. I would reconsider if we would stay at this resort again.

The room was clean and everything worked. It is a little dated and worn but for our needs it was great. Although we could walk and return from the ski hill you needed to bush wack 30 feet through the snow to get to the hill. We did not use the exercise room or pool but it looked good and was available. It is a five minutes from the Vetta Spa which we used and enjoyed. We would stay again for a similar getaway.
