"Upon arrival, we were welcomed very warmly by Lorraine at the front desk and she gave us a smooth check-in experience, explaining everything we need to know to make the most of our stay. The lobby and room was very clean and the sheets were very soft! The breakfast was amazing, offering pancakes, fruit, oatmeal, toast, omelettes, sausage, muffins, and everything in between. There was a nice patio we were able to enjoy our breakfast :) We were able to get a table each morning, but there are times when it fills up, so I suggest going relatively early or late. In the room, the hand soap, cream, and shower products were all by Dove. This may not matter to most, but the hand soap smelled really nice - not over powering - and was also moisturizing which was great for me as my hands are always dry. The only thing that was disappointing was that the pool was a bit small and whenever we wanted to go there were too many people in it and kids splashing around that we opted out of that experience. Maybe next time! Overall, a wonderful stay and would definitely return for another stay in Collingwood. It was also a great location, really close to the downtown area, great trails, and shopping."

"Our room was clean, and we did see a earwig but that's summer on the ground level so it makes sense. There was a slight musty smell when you entered the room each time. Absolutely loved the view from our room, looking on to the lake. Check in staff rushed us and sped through the process in a way that made us feel like we were bothering him. Pool was ice cold, but very clean and they had lovely cushiony chairs set up. It was such a hot day I think we were happy to cool off in the pool, but if this has been a cooler day I don't think we could have managed it. Breakfast was lovely and so nice and close to the rooms. Overall it was a good experience."

"I hadn't considered staying in a College Residence, but it was GREAT value! It was easy to check in with friendly Front Desk Staff (24 hours). The suite was extremely spacious, the shower surround nice and clean! (No bath) And it was SO close to the Royal Victoria Hospital where I was visiting. It was also very easy to get downtown from this location! I used the fridge, but didn't use the kitchen. You would have to inquire about utensils, pots and pans, etc. for longer stays."
