「Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, hat aber nicht, - wie man bei dem letzten Foto meinen möchte -, ein Fenster mit schönem Ausblick im Obergeschoss, zu dem die fotografierte Treppe führt - im Gegenteil: der Eingang zu Küche und Duschbad liegt im Erdgeschoss, und die Treppe führt in den Keller! Dort hatte der Durchgangsraum (Wohnzimmer) keine Fenster, der dahinterliegende Schlafraum hatte Kellerfensteröffnungen zu Lichtschächten. Das hatten wir so...

「Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, habe diese Fewo am 19.02.2024 gebucht und bezahlt für den Aufenthalt in Würzburg vom 01.04.2024 bis 03.04.2024 in 2 DZ für 3 Erwachsene. Der Zugangscode sollte am 29.03.2024 zugestellt werden. Dies ist erst am 01.04.2024 nachmittags per email erfolgt und ganz witzig nochmals am 02.04.2024 per email. 「Large apartment. Kitchen very well laid out with induction cooktop and appliances. No microwave. Large kitchen/eating area and large bedroom with king sized bed and sofa bed. Pedestal fan in room a bonus for those warm summer nights! Building itself is ongoing refurbishment. And there is no lift/elevator. 1 km from main railway station and about 100m from tram/bus-stop. Very easy access to the city. A great holiday rental in a wonderful historic town.」
