Very good hotel

Nice hotel on a quiet street. Staff were friendly and breakfast was excellent. The room was spacious and well equipped. Close to the station and the high street. Recommended if you need to stay in Essen.

Big modern rooms with kitchenette, perfect for business or family stay (sofa transformed into single bed). Very good complimentary breakfast buffet. In walking distance of railway station and public parking with special internet rates 50 meters from hotel. Would stay again.

This hotel is centrally located(railway station, supermarkets, shoppingcenter etc.). They have an extensive breakfast buffet. The staff is very kind, friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and there is daily housekeeping.

The studio it’s very complete if you use the kitchen you have everything you need, has a very good breakfast. The staff was very friendly and polite I was very happy as they gave a colouring pack to my 3 year old.

Great hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms. Tasty breakfast. 24 hour access to a fancy coffee machine. Limited onsite parking. Not always enough. There is underground parking across the road but it's not included. Will stay here again if in the area.

I liked the spacious rooms, the shampoo and soap smels delicious! Breakfast was awesome with lots of choices. Coffee 24 hrs a day was just perfect in the rainy weather. Only thing was we asked for popcorn in our childrens room because they did'n get any, and in the 2 nights we stayed, it was never fulfilled.

Great hotel and Location to the City

I have stayed here for the past three years while I work on a trade show. We always stay for 9 nights so quite a long stay. This year was the first time I was disappointed as I had no TV for my whole stay as they couldnt fix it. I had to ask for the shower gel and toilet paper to be replenished as was not left on one of the morning cleans.Just small points but make quite a bit of difference. That said the staff are always friendly and the rooms are bigger than most so it works for our stay. We will be back next February and hope I can get a corner room this time.
