「There’s a wide variety of breakfast options, and the staff are very attentive. 」

「1. Room had a bad smell. 2. There were still dust and white debris on the floor when I checked in. 3. Couldn't make a reservation for the massage as advertised.」

「Wifi and toilet flush were weak, brrakfast was great, frint desk and bell guys were friendly and helpful.」

「The hotel is very basic. The rooms are quite small, and the hotel seems to operate at full capacity most of the time. They are generally unable to accommodate early check-in or late check-out. Guests have to wait in the lobby until 3:00 PM, and then suddenly all the rooms seem to become available for check-in at the same time. There is no iron in the room. If you need one, you have to go to the front desk, get a special key, and access the first floor, which is a little inconvenient. The...

「Surfaces in the room were covered in sticky marks from drinks glasses & one of the pillow cases had burn marks or stains on it. The bathroom mirror had toothpaste or soap splatters on it too. Virtually you only get a bed in a very small room to sleep and nothing else; no shampoo (there was a shampoo bottle but it was empty. Although I asked the staff to refill but they ignored my request), no drink water, no cups to take water from tap. The room was small and dirty. Breakfast was OK but the foods were the same every...

「Lorenzo was very friendly and helpful」
