“Nice for what we needed pool close, we didnt rent a car so be advised condo is up a big hill , if going to beach you have to walk a ways, if you have mobility issue you may need a car , Suzi bar was great every one friendly. Michael the host is very responsive.”

“This is our second time staying in this condo and we loved it both times! It is clean, beautifully furnished and has everything you need. It's close to the restaurant and pool as well as a very short walk to the beach. There's a fantastic view of the marina, ocean and nearby St. John from the balcony. “The Mermaid’s Pearl was a comfortable fit for my son (19) and me. It is located in a quiet complex with a beautiful view from the balcony. The studio is a perfect size for two people and was very clean. We enjoyed the local restaurant (Sudi’s) and the pool just outside the front door, as well as the short walk to the Safire Beach complex (local coffee shop and eateries on the beach). “This looked great from the outside and the view was magnificent. Unfortunately the stove was an old Coleman burner you had to light yourself, the toilet had a difficult time working, I had to open the back and manually pull the flapper up when I got there. The A/C was only in the bedroom. The bedroom was an open fishbowl with a great view and no curtains or any type of windows shade so I'm sure the view from outside looking in was entertaining.
