“stayed 11 days Feb '26. This is a condo complex. Upon arrival the complex appears dated/tired and the grass was tall. A crew did show to get the landscaping back into shape. Located off a main road and centrally located. Can get to most parts of the island within a 35 minute drive. 5 minutes down the street is a grocery store, another 5 minutes to popular La Reine Chicken Shack. Laundry building is adequate, everything worked, needs paint. The pool water was clean and usable. The stairs,……

“Great place in a great location. Just a couple of blocks from the boardwalk. Ample off-street parking. Very spacious and clean. Nice balcony area to sit and enjoy an evening drink or your morning coffee. Would recommend and would definitely stay again! ”

“The location was great, Entering the shower was a bit high , can be a risk, there are stairs to get to the unit but otherwise I thought it was a relaxing experience. Thank you 🙏”

“Great home, clean, plenty of towels, host was great to communicate.”

“The listing is deceptive since this property is not in historic Christiansted and the actual address is a secret until one week before arrival”

“When I arrived the owner came out and showed me exactly where to go. The apartment was small but just what I needed. It was clean, smelled nice, and I appreciate the nice touch of having gentle music and scenery on the TV monitor. Great stay. A couple of unexpected, but friendly dogs were nearby, eager for a pat on the head. All good!”

“Terrible conditions all over the place. Spider nets , roachs, dogs. Worst experience I ever had in my life”

“Very out of the way remote stay, extremely small accommodations, the bed is a converted couch, although clean, air conditioning keeps the room a little cool, the road in is not for the faint hearted, not easy to say the least, property is very old, bathroom light is a pull chain, property says breakfast included, that means you get cereal and milk in your refrigerator, not a sit down meal like all other places! The bed only has a sheet to sleep on, no blankets, and bring extra toilet paper,……

“Really enjoyed our time in this Unit! Loved The Reef property in general, well situated on the East Side and beautiful for walking around for sunset. The communal pool was so incredible! The Unit was family friendly, for a close knit family. The 2nd upstairs bedroom is a loft area and the downstairs bedroom had an open area along the ceiling to the main room, so it made down time a little less private than 2 fully enclosed rooms would have been. The kitchen was the heart of the Unit with……

“This place had everything!! I could of just packed clothes because the rest was there! Listing was just as pictured- simply beautiful. I had to reach out to the property manager for something-not only was it VERY late at night, but he responded within 2 minutes!! I definitely recommend staying with Jason at any of his properties. I look forward to future rentals!! ”

“An Absolute Gem in St. Croix! We had an unforgettable stay at Queen's Landing! The condo is beautiful, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated. The king bed was incredibly comfortable, and we loved starting our mornings on the private balcony and taking afternoon dips in the pool. The central location is perfect—just a short drive to Christiansted, gorgeous beaches, and great dining. The host was wonderful, communication was seamless, and the check-in process was a breeze. We highly……

“The unit was clean and ready to go, once we found it. We arrived after dark and could not find it but Silver, the host, met us at the entry of this gated community and escorted us up. We own a place on St Croix but it was rented to others so we needed a place to stay for a week. This unit is convenient to the east end restaurants and there are 3 beaches within a 5 minute drive. The unit is huge and could use some more furnishing but the basics were there. We only did breakfast at the unit……
