In a peaceful residential neighbourhood, Puerto Alto is, without a doubt one of Estepona´s most sought after developments. Conveniently positioned near the port and a short stroll from the beach. Close to all the necessary conveniences such as supermarkets, restaurants and banks. This gorgeous ground floor apartment available for short term rental is the ideal getaway on the Costa del Sol.

The property is comprised of an entrance, a spacious living/dining area which extends to the exterior with a large private terrace for entertaining or sunbathing. There is an open plan modern kitchen with white cabinetry, refrigerator, washing machine and microwave. The 2 bedrooms are well-sized with ample storage space, and one has direct access to the terrace. Both bathrooms are brand new with walk-in showers. The apartment amenities include underfloor heating throughout, Wifi and satellite TV. The perfect flat for a comfortable holiday experience in Estepona.

Puerto Alto is a gated urbanisation with a welcoming environment and great amenities including gorgeous manicured communal areas, and 2 outdoor swimming pools with sun-beds and parasols (opening hours can vary depending on the season). In a premier area just metres from the lively port of Estepona with its popular bars and international restaurants. The central location makes the property close to Estepona´s historic quarter, public parks, the coast road and motorway, public transportation, and shopping. There are many outdoor activities in the area ranging from water-sports, cycling, horseback riding, karting, and hiking. Nearby several golf courses and about 20 minutes drive from the luxury marina in Puerto Banus.

Wonderful Estepona

A great stay from start to finish. High spec apartment with AC, amenities and internet. Perfect location 2 mins from port and shop. Check in process easy. Great pool. Parking sometimes difficult but not too bad considering excellent location. Highly recommended
