The hotel is located near every convenience imaginable: supermarkets, local bars and tourist bars/restaurants as well as the beach within a 5 minute walking distance. If you want to feel you are living in a traditional Andalusian home with a glorious courtyard and have modern conveniences, this is your place. I will certainly return when next in Estepona.

Bloody brilliant

Excellent location, and super clean. Staff are really friendly, with excellent communication before and during. The extras are a nice touch and appreciated. Maybe some ice trays in the freezer, and a pair of scissors in the kitchen drawer. I personally thought the matress wasn't very comfortable, but that's just me. I hope to go back.

The studio was well appointed and in a charming part of the old town with beautiful flower lined streets and lots of shops and restaurants. The beach is very close. We appreciated the communication and hospitality of our hosts.

I was so glad I made the decision to choose an apartment here for my recent stay in Estepona. The staff, Cristina and Toni, made me feel so welcome and well cared for. Great location in the heart of the old town of Estepona: on a beautiful and quiet street, minutes of walking to everything. If you are dring, the best option is the New Parking garage Adjerez. It is easy to get to from the highway, in just 8 minutes walk from the appartment, easy to get into and out, the parking spaces are wide, and the price is right (3 euro per day).

Casa del Patio is a lovely place in a lovely part of Estepona. The apartment was very nice, clean and updated with a great shower. The beds were also very comfy. It is very walkable to restaurants, shops and the seafront. Christina and all staff we encountered were friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!

Great location in Centro Historico close to a bunch of great restaurants. Nice decor and very quiet. Lots of goodies (beers and snacks) Would love a queen bed instead of 2 simple ones side by side. Also take a room on second floor to get a balcony if you don’t mind going up the stairs with your luggages

Great living close to everything

Well suited apartment with plenty of room for two people. Located in one of the best streets in Estepona with 100 meters to all relevant restaurants and 250 meters to the beach. Very friendly host and good communication. We will come back for another visit.

We loved everything. The patio is so cute and typical with so much detail and Spanish style. Toni was great and also helped us and phoned the car rental where my partner left his passport and driver's licence (!!). We want to come back and stay in the penthouse with the balcony/terrace

Wonderful Apartment from which to explore Estepona

We enjoyed our short stay at this wonderful apartment. Ideal location very well provisioned and great communication with the staff prior to arrival and when there. A very nice touch was the food and cleaning package upon arrival. Highly recommend. Only very slight critique is that the bed is 2 singles pushed together and a little soft for our liking. But this is a minor as everything else is lovely.

Immaculate!!

The Casa del Patio ranks as one of the best accommodation we have stayed in. The initial instructions were very detailed and faultless. The location is fantastic, in a quiet and pretty side street in the old town adorned with flowers and trees. It was very close to some of the best bars and restaurants in the area. It was also only about 5 minutes to the beach. The apartment was spotlessly clean and provided drinks, snacks and cleaning products. The room was airy with two large patio doors onto the small verandah/balcony. Immaculate in every way!

Beautiful Estepona

We loved this little studio apartment in an excellent location. Very close to the beach with many shops and restaurants. Parked in a public lot about 5 mins walk away. 4 euros per day. we were in #6 so you pick up your keys at the main entrance one block away. They provide very clear instructions with a tutorial. The welcome gifts were very appreciated. A minor plumbing issue when we checked in that was resolved by Toni quickly. There was a little patio with 2 small chairs. And a lovely square out the front door with benches. We didn’t use the laundry at the main building but you have access. Would stay here again. Cozy apartment for 2.

A very nice apartment, in the old town area, close to the sea and lots restaurants to choose from, very cozy and private. Everything was clean and neat when we arrived. It's a self-service apartment, so no reception or usual hotel services, which is a plus for my taste. The property consists of several apartments accessible from a private inner yard, which is very nicely decorated. One thing that caught me off-guard was the door lock. Our apartment had a double door, and in order to lock the door properly, you need to make sure that the second half of the door is latched in place, then use your key and close the deadbolt. To latch the secondary door, you need to close it and flip over a lever on its edge, which will fix it to the door frame. If you don't and just close the deadbolt, one can push the doors inside and the deadbolt will simply slide out, offering no resistance at all. All of that to say is that when we arrived, the secondary door wasn't latched and it gave us a moment of panic thinking that the lock is not set up correctly. But once we figured it out, it was all good. The other thing to keep in mind is that the safe size is tiny. It can fit an ipad mini or passports, but anything larger won't work. If you are travelling with a laptop, it probably won't fit. It wasn't a problem for me, but it is something to bear in mind. All that said, it's a very nice property and I would happily stay there again.
