• One-bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom, living room with kitchen, and terrace. Total of 53 m² on the ground floor with a garden terrace of approx. 20 m², southeast-facing. From October to May available for mid-term stays (1–4 months, depending on availability).
• Suitable for up to 2 adults.
• Furnished in a modern and stylish design.
• 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm wide, 200 cm long), bathroom/WC and a washbasin in the hallway.
• Open-plan kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic hobs, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine).
• Air conditioning / heating.
• Tiled terrace with some garden area, approx. 20 m². Outdoor furniture.
• Views over the town and city.
• The apartment includes: washing machine, iron, hairdryer, and free internet access (WiFi).

Please note:

The property is located in a residential complex where community rules must be respected.

No noise is allowed after midnight.

A car is not essential.

Underground parking space: 1.

The owner does not accept groups of teenagers/young people. Minimum age 40 years old or families with kids
