large groups of dolphins, which can be observed from your own terrace.

The open plan living area provides fully fitted kitchen with Neff appliances including, cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and wine cooler. In the kitchen
guests can also choose to enjoy filtered water via the main tap without the need to purchase bottled water. The garden level bedrooms enjoy direct access to your private garden, pool and sauna. The gardens have their own lemon and orange trees.
The small urbanization is located just west of Estepona, walking distance to the port of Estepona with all the restaurants, bars and amenities, as well as just 10 minutes
drive to the charming Port of La Duquesa and 20 minutes drive to Sotogrande Port. The Elba Hotel with bar and restaurant is 100m from the property and here you can
find a regular supply of taxis. A further 400m you will find supermarkets, restaurants and takeaways.
Underfloor heating is available in the entire house.
