In Estepona, the villa Las Cancelas offers an excellent view of the Mediterranean Sea. The 148 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine as well as beach/pool towels. This rental property features a private outdoor area with a pool, garden, open terrace, covered terrace, balcony, barbecue, and outdoor shower.

The property is located close to the beach and there is a tennis court within a 15-minute walk.

A parking space is available on the property and free parking is available on the street.

A maximum of 2 pets are allowed.

Check-in outside the specified hours can be arranged upon request and for an extra fee.

Smoking is not permitted in this property.

Please respect silence hours between 11 pm and 8 am.

Only guests that are 25 years old and above can book the property.

Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Service und Kontakt. Sehr gut ausgestattete Villa mit großem Pool und Garten. Voll klimatisiert. Lage in etwas unansehnlicher Umgebung, welche nicht zum Wandern einlädt. Meer zwar fussläufig erreichbar, jedoch nicht zu empfehlen.
