「Bottle caps and cigarette butts all over the ground outside the front door that is broken. Used charcoal dumped out next to the front door. The storm door is broken. Coffee maker doesn’t work. AC filter needs to be clean. The water filter needs to be changed. The oven dial is unreadable. Ants everywhere. I guess I should have known at that price. 」

「We like staying in the San Carlos neighborhood of Ft. Myers. For the area, the apartment is a great location and price. It’s comfortable with plenty of amenities. Having breakfast and cocktails on the lanai was delightful. The apartment is exactly as pictured and although it could use some upgrades, it was still comfortable. Be aware that the apartment is near the approach pattern for the airport but most aircraft activity occurs during the day. It never bothered us.」

「Wonderful hosts and wonderful property. It was exactly as described and a joy to stay in. The kitchen was well equipped, the pool and spa were very nice. Didn't use the grill but it was nice to have. Also didn't use the supplied kayaks :) but they were a nice touch. Great communication with hosts and would certainly stay here again.」
