“This is a wonderful place! Right on Fall River. Easy to get to, and it was just really beautiful. Everything was perfect. My only complaint is that the listing said their was a hot tub but it’s not a private one and then the maintenance man said that it’s only available for those who own the units - no one else. So we needed up having to spending an extra 100 to take our kids to the YMCA of the Rockies to swim (bleh)! ”

“Good location and view. The deck outside is really nice and the place is about 8 mins from town and 12 mins to RMNP entrance. Beds were comfortable and clean sheets. As for the property, it is tiny, the layout of the bedrooms is weird and not too convenient, also the bathrooms and the interior should have been upgraded a while ago, everything is dated, with one of the showers being so tiny, we decided not to use it at all. Toiletries were basic, suggest avoiding them. No other amenities or……

“We enjoyed Estes Park and RMNP! The property was clean and comfortable. We were a little disappointed that there was no grill, especially when we noticed grills on most of the other decks. The unit could also use a full length mirror. ”
