Location was key — 2 miles to entrance into Rocky Mountain National Park and just a few minutes from downtown Estes Park. Skiing and Ice skating within an hour away! Staff was a pleasure to work with! Definitely recommend!!

Nice condo type of room with combined small living and kitchen area which is separate from the bedroom. The living area is charming although it is showing signs of wear. We liked the location right next to Fall River and fairly close to one of the entrances to Rocky Mountain NP. This place is not walkable to Estes Park, but that did not matter to us. Also, there is very limited parking near the front of the building which means you may have to park up a small hill away from your unit if your unit is in the front. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location on the Fall River and very spacious. Would have given excellent but we are big coffee drinkers and the coffee maker was disgustingly dirty and cheap. Mind you there is no air conditioning either and we were there during a heat wave.

This was my second stay at Woodlands on Fall River and it was wonderful. I stayed for three days with my two grandsons, and the room was perfect, as was the location.

Jonny, the owner/manager was extreamly helpful. The rest of the staff respectful. The rooms were clean, well apointed and had everything necessary for a wonderful stay. The location is incredible! The Fall River, surrounded by mountains, and a few miles from everything. Highly recommend staying here, I would again.

This property is remarkable! Having a full kitchen and Condo style unit was fantastic and convenient. The property was impeccably maintained. The property is not just near nature, it is IN nature. The river is part of the hotel. We loved this stay. It was easy to check in and check out. 2 miles outside of RMNP. Add in the hot tub and laundry and this place is a must stay near RMNP.
