We have drove by this establishment several times during our stays in Estes Park. Great location as you’re only about 2 miles or so from the RMNP entrance. Quiet and pleasant comes to mind, would recommend you consider staying at Boulder Brook.

Anniversary

Boulder Brook on Fall River is ideal if you’re looking for a great location on the edge of Estes Park town. Close to the Fall River entrance to Rocky Mt NP, close to the river , and a quiet location it is ideal for a trip to the Rockies. Wild turkeys abound each day and housekeeping staff did a great job while we were out in the NP.

Quiet and peaceful winter stay! Room was clean, comfy and spacious, really enjoyed the hot tub on property. My only complaint was the lack of SmartTv (DirectTV only) and no charger plug ins :(

We had a fabulous time here. Cabin was very clean and the river front view was gorgeous! Would definitely stay again. Super quiet, never noticed other guest were there until passing them in the parking lot or common grounds..

Beautiful views with wildlife all around. Great stay with super easy check in and check out. The bed was comfy, the stay was quiet, and we really got to decompress and relax. Just what was needed! Highly recommend!

I loved that this place was near Fall River and the entrance to Rocky Mountain Park! You do hear a lot of cars driving by when you are sitting outside, but that can’t be helped with the location right by the busy road. The bathtub seemed to be the only thing updated recently, but everything was clean. Pretty expensive for what it is though, but I’m guessing everything in that area is priced similarly. Having said that I would still stay here again.

We decided to stay in the area after a trip to Aurora. It was excellent. The room was clean and very comfortable. Lots of room and a great bed. We had a great time and will be back soon. We even had a visitor for breakfast.
