Great base camp for a family

The location was convenient for many RMNP and Estes Park activities. The condo and hot tub were nice, and the maintenance staff were very responsive and helpful for one request we had.

The location was near town and up hill so we had great views from above! Clean and comfortable! Well kept and stocked too! Enjoyed our nights in hot tub. Very quiet and relaxing!

Great for a quick Estes trip!

Stayed here for 2 nights with some friends while we enjoyed Estes park! No noticeable complaints about the unit overall - it felt clean and safe. Decor is outdated and pillows were a little stiff but that didn’t necessarily detract from our experience. Absolutely spectacular view from our deck - couldn’t have asked for a better one. Loved the hot tub as well!

The view was amazing and beds comfortable. The lock on the sliding door was missing and they had a stick to lock the door. Cabinet under sink was off hinges. Lights out in both bathrooms. Carpet stains. Hard to get in and out hot tub for seniors.
