Perfect getaway - will come back!

This property is very clean, well-organized, and in a great location. We enjoyed hearing the river at night and viewing stars from the jacuzzi. I especially appreciated the clear details and instructions throughout the home (including info on the jacuzzi and on the contents of cabinets)

Great stay!

We had a great time staying at this cabin in Estes Park. Everything was good and no issue with communicating with the property manager. The hot tub is some what isolated, which is nice. The hot tub probably needs some maintance, but we were still able to use it. The cabin itself was very nice and comfy. It snowed a good 4 inches while we were there and they had a shovel and broom on the deck. Would definitely go back.

Convenient location, quiet and well stocked!

We had a great January stay for a few days. This location is easy to get to but not on a main road. Winter is a great time in Estes if you like hiking and little to no traffic. Our cabin was well stocked with all the kitchen items you would need. Lots of games and the TV can stream using your apps. The hot tub was great after a few cool hikes. Communication is really important to me when I need it. The manager was responsive when I had any questions. Thanks and we hope to stay again.

Good cabin

The property overall is very nice and clean. The location is good if you want to be close to town and walk to say fun city or downtown. If you are looking to be out in the wilderness this is not for you. It's nested back by some residences and some auto body shops and more industrial aspects to it. In the back yard is the river but it's almost impossible to fish on it without waders as there are some private sections to it up river. No shore fishing at all. Other than that, it was a great cabin!

Great location, hot tub is a huge bonus!

The cabin is perfect and has many great features. The place was clean, had many everyday comforts, and is close to everything. The owner provided dish and laundry detergent as well as plenty of other of life's neccessities. I threw together some chili in the crock pot one morning and we enjoyed hot chili after a long days hike. We loved soaking in the hot tub after horseback riding and white water river rafting. The fireplace was lovely on the rainy afternoons and access to netflix was super. The keypad entry was also really convenient. A couple suggestions for the owner would be to add a summer weight blanket in the master bedroom, throw blanket on the sofa, new cutting boards, a chopping knife, matches, and a pad of paper (all minor details). Overall, it was an awesome family vacation and I highly recommend waterdance! Thank you!!

Girls Getaway

The Riverside Cabin is everything as advertised and more! The kitchen has everything you would ever need for making a meal, the living room was comfy and cozy with an L-shaped sofa and gas fireplace. The beds were comfy and the bedding was amazing! Very clean and the hosts were amazing to speak with and so very helpful. We will definitely stay there again!

Fantastic location and great house

The day after we arrived there was an issue with the shower. We reported the issue and the issue was resolved by the owner that morning. It involved a plumber and could not have been better. The 3 day of our stay we had elk walking in the neighborhood. The elk rut was one of the reasons for our visit. Overall Nathan and his staff supported our visit and we had a fantastic visit. I tell folks all the time "just go". It will be worth your time and by the way use the Riverside Cabin.

Mountain View + Downtown Walkability + Riverfront :)

We loved this property! We had Mom/Dad and adult kids ages 21-26 so the hot tub, walkability to Rock Cut Microbrewery, Hayley's Ice Cream (the downtown area in general) and On the Rocks Coffee shop was AMAZING. We loved having dinner outside, then soaking in the hot tub after a long day's hike. The property is very very clean and well maintained. The host, Nathan (and his team) made sure we understood everything and got checked in ok. Great emails and a property management app made this such an easy stay. The neighborhood is nestled in with a few other properties and a few businesses (storage rental facility) but was very quiet and peaceful. Being able to sit on the swing and read by the river was such a nice respite.

Quality place but initial issues w getting in

Nice place. Great location. Main issue is the code they gave us did not work and no one was available to get us in the cabin. We had to wait 2.5 hours before someone responded to our messages to let us in to the cabin. Really enjoyed it once we got in.

Hiking Weekend in Estes

My overall experience was very favorable. Communication with the property manager was informative and timely. It’s walking distance to downtown Estes Park and everything was clean and tidy. Close to a busy road, but this wasn’t much of an issue because it died down in the early evening. So sitting by the river was peaceful.

Comfortable retreat.

Homey, comfortable, great location. The stream was wonderful. The only downside was the street noise from the busy road on the other side of the stream interupted the tranquillity.
