The staff was great and we loved the amenities, but it was one of the hardest places for me to sleep. The walls are beyond thin. We could hear entire conversations next door at normal volumes, and people upstairs dropping things, walking, slamming doors ALL NIGHT. It was miserable as a light sleeper. I would stay here every time we visit Estes as long as I’m in an upstairs corner room.

This motel has been completely redone and is a fabulous value! The staff is incredibly friendly, the room so clean and comfortable, the location to estes park is within walking distance AND the complimentary smores were so fun!! Yes, you can hear noise from rooms on 2nd floor and the bathroom is small, but these are very minor inconveniences! Ever had a hot pot in your room? Amazing how it works.

Check in was easy and we arrived to complimentary s'mores ingredients. We didn't let the crazy wind from stopping us. The room was clean and a good size. Only downside was that for the life of us we couldn't get the fan/ac to turn on. Check out was easy and they recommended a breakfast spot that was delicious. So glad we stayed!

Staff was fantastic! Restaurant was amazing as well as the drinks. I would recommend the Mezcal margarita 👍 the room was a nice layout, and comfy bed. The amenities in the room were mid, other than that, great stay and location right in town and affordable. My wife and I probably ate at Casa Colina 4 times in our 3 night stay, that’s how good the food was, the chef there is excellent! 💯

The room was extremely clean, however without any carpet or rugs be prepared for a little chill until the heat can circulate. We had 3 members of our family and there was plenty of hot water for back to back showers. The walls are a little thin so we could hear other guests talking in the rooms next to us, but overall a good value for the price.

It was hot in the room and we couldn’t turn the heat down so I didn’t sleep with blankets on. Then around 6 am I got chilly and put the blanket on the bottom of bed on me. Not long after my lower stoma h started itching very bad and I felt something on me and knocked it off. My lower stomach is all red and bit and 2 hours later after we left it’s still red and itchy. I told the girl at the desk and brought 2 things that looked like some kind of bug or flea. The girl at the desk said they didn’t look like anything and maybe I was allergic to the detergent. If I was allergic to the detergent I would have been itchy all over. The girl was not very sympathetic at all.

Disorganized, unprofessional. Booked >2 wks in advance. When we arrived around 4:30PM, we were informed our room was not ready, but would be told when it was. We waited nearly an hour at the bar with no news, so we went back to the front desk where employee told us that our room was no longer available and that we would need to stay somewhere else (unlikely in Estes). I asked if they would make those accommodations for us, but was told no. I asked if they could contact their manager, but instead, I was given the manager's phone number and told to call them myself. Of course, the manager didn't answer. Expedia tried to reach out to the property but they also did not get anyone to answer for 40 minutes. Eventually, they got in touch with the property, and told us that the room would be available after all. It was nearly 8PM when we got back to the hotel. We were told we'd receive a $50 discount for the inconvenience, yet that hasn't happened (yet?). For breakfast we had a cinnamon roll, banana bread, a cup of tea, and a latte. $25. The atmosphere and location of this property is great. The room was clean. They had a fire pit and some free s'more ingredients. Side note: The bar/kitchen staff (Derrick I think), was more invested than the front desk. I think he was pulled to help clean several rooms for us and other guests who were in similar situations. He offered us food on the house (sadly we already had dinner). Nice guy. Overall, management is lacking.

Our check in was delayed by over an hour. Our hotel room had dead flies, and hair in the drain. The heat was stuck on in the room. The hotel room was also very noisy. The excellent food at the restaurant and coffee almost made up for it.
