Plus, it's walking distance to a private shoreline of Lake Sam Rayburn with private beach. Has one queen size bed plus a sofa bed which makes into a twin size bed; can easily sleep 3 people.

Plenty of parking for boats and cars. There is very little light pollution which makes for great star watching. Owner lives on property so if issues arise they can fix them quickly.You will have access to the entire tiny house, the property is private, and available for use.
There are also two other houses on the property, perfect for big gatherings. In total, with all three houses combined, 11 guests can stay.
The property also has full rv/camper hookups. (50amp, water, & sewer) that you can purchase in advance for an additional charge.
We have two kayaks available for rent.
