This 4 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath home is in the middle of town (Ferry St. Bridge neighborhood), but tucked away from busy roads. This house is walking distance to Oakway center which boasts premier shopping, grocery stores, and eateries. Autzen stadium, Matt Knight arena, University of Oregon, and Hult Center are all less than 3 miles away. The Eugene airport, is a short 15 minute drive away. Come enjoy a peaceful stay for a Duck football game or other major sporting event, or visit a loved one attending UO! This simple, older, 4 bedroom home with a unique layout has heat and AC, is family and dog friendly, and has all the basics you will need for a short or long term stay.

*****Please note: The master bedroom is located in the center of the home. Guests must walk through the master to get from one end of the house to the other.******

House Rules:

-There is no smoking of ANY kind inside or within 10 feet of exterior doorways.

-Only guests listed on reservation are allowed on property unless pre approved. (Just communicate with us if someone will be visiting)

-No parties or events allowed on property

-Dogs are the only animals allowed at the property and must be listed on reservation. (Cats are not permitted due to extreme allergies) Dogs must be crated if left at the house unattended for any period of time.
