We enjoyed our stay on Friendly Alley. The house was everything it was advertised as. It was very clean and accommodating and the yard was so big! It was an easy drive or walk to so many places in Eugene. The kitchen was well stocked with basic needs as was the bathroom. I would definitely stay again on any future visits to Eugene!

A wonderful cottage

Our cottage was a wonderful retreat in a great community. Food trucks and groceries in easy walking distance and nearby to hiking and other great destinations. We will be back!

Sweet spot!

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful spot and it was the perfect fit for my husband and I and our 12 year old son. We were in town for the Oregon Relays and the location was great and this home had everything we needed! The hostess is very responsive and we loved this spot!

Wonderful House!

From the moment we arrived, we knew we picked the right property for our stay. The house was clean and very nicely decorated and stocked. The backyard is a dream and we only wished we could have stayed longer. I highly recommend this property and the owner. Her communication and instructions were spot on and we felt very welcome and comfortable. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Eugene Friendly

Pleasant house with lots of beautiful plants and a great yard. The neighborhood is very quiet and welcoming. Friday night had fun outdoor food, coffee, and music within walking distance.

Perfect little base to explore local area

We had a great stay at Jazmin’s cosy place! Check in was easy and kudos to Jazmin for the clear instructions and communication, even as we booked only a few days before the stay. We had to take some work video calls and the wifi was fast and stable easily supporting the two of us. The kitchen was well equipped, and the yard was very spacious so the dog could run around! Highly recommend Jazmin’s bungalow !

A Friendly House

Such a lovely space! The home is wonderfully cozy with many amenities. The garden space is delightful - great for eating outside or reading a good book. Great to have the carport for off-street parking. Neighborhood is charming - walking distance to parks, the Friendly Street Market and more. Really enjoyed my stay. Would love to return!

Small Gem

Beautiful, comfortable home in an ideal location. The home is exceptionally clean, comfortable and located in a quiet, attractive neighborhood. There is a local spot within easy walking distance that has food trucks offering a range of foods and comfortable indoor and outdoor seating. The home is about 1.5-2.miles to the OU campus, so it feels close by. Highly recommend.

short and sweet stay

Very cute and clean bungalow except for the bedding. My friend discovered long hairs on the top sheet and short pet hair on the top blanket of the bed. She also discovered a penny inside the bed? Kind of strange. Other than this we had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The neighborhood is very quiet and we felt safe! Thank you.

Mostly great

House was very clean cute and small. Cleanliness is the most important thing to me so I would probably stay there again. But I was just disappointed that the yard wasn’t mowed as we have two very small dogs. The bed was very comfortable, although squeaky when you get up or down at night. I marked down on the accuracy of the listing just because the backyard was certainly no oasis as described.
