「Great aparthotel in Chartres, easy to find, underground car park reserved ahead of time. Lovely sized room, comfy bed, clean linen, great facilities with fridge (with freezer bit) sink, hob, microwave and crockery/cutlery, even a cloth/tea towel/washing up liquid provided. Short walk into the town centre with many options for dining, boulangerie round the corner. Fantastic light show at the Cathedral after dark! Would definitely recommend to others. Polite and friendly staff on the reception...

「Wij boeken met enige regelmaat een Novotel omdat deze gewoon altijd goed zijn, en een prima ontbijt hebben. Dit was het eerste novotel dat ons wat tegen viel. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en sprak goed Engels, en het bed was goed. Ook is de kamer voldoende groot om met een gezin van 4 te verblijven. De kinderen sliepen op een slaapbank, en ook die was prima. Echter de kamer was niet heel erg schoon, er lagen nog stof en viezigheidjes op de vloer. De temperatuur kun je niet zelf...

「The breakfast was amazing and the restaurant is truly original with the biggest " cheese dome" in the world. The big problem I had was that the rooms are not equipped with a mini bar which is a must at any time of the year but more so during a heat wave. I was upgraded to a room with a tiny fridge and no alcohol in it. There was no vending machine either. The underground parking is very convenient with a direct elevator to the reception area.」
