The property was clean outside the wall for dog walking, the inside courtyard tropical gardens and koi ponds were absolutely beautiful! Room was very clean, bed was wonderful, jetted tub was clean and lovely. We couldn't get the a/c to click on so we called the front desk, the staff was so helpful and came right up and had it on in seconds.

We really thought the garden area was beautiful. It even had a Koi pond. Very unique. The one thing that was disappointing was the mattresses. They are worn out and it’s like sleeping in a hammock. But we are still very impressed with the hotel and staff, we will stay there again.

Great 3-night stay with excellent service! We stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. The front desk staff in the main lobby were highly professional and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Even though the hotel is a bit older, it is very well-maintained. Our room was on the third floor and was in great condition. One unique feature is the spacious central courtyard garden surrounded by the guest rooms. It has a nice pond with fish and frogs; the frogs can get a bit loud at night, which made falling asleep right away a little challenging, but it adds a natural touch to the property. The staff at the cafeteria were also amazing—always friendly, constantly keeping the area clean and tidy, and ensuring the food was always well-stocked. Overall, a great experience!

The staff here are amazing! From the front desk clerks, the security guard, house-keepers, and our absolute favorite Silvia (the breakfast Mama)! Silvia goes above & beyond in the mornings making sure you feel taken care of, cared for & well fed!! Our first room was upgraded with a jetted tub, however, it was a pet friendly room & we have pet allergies & the room had an odor (they were in the process of having the carpets professionally cleaned, vans were in the parking lot). Without hesitation they changed us into a non-pet friendly room. The room was clean & maintained. The outdoor hot tub was clean & wonderful. The entire property is immaculate & very well manicured. The coy pond is beautiful & the sound of the frogs at night is so fun! I will recommend this place & stay here again.
