The breakfast ladies are the best thing this hotel has: they are helpful, sweet, welcoming. 10/10 They should be running this hotel. I liked the reasonable pet fee for only 35 dollars per stay. I also liked that the coffee/water/tea station was always available to guests. However, the pet friendly room we stayed at had nothing to do with the ones pictured. Everything was really old and not taken care of, the bathroom door was peeling off, the carpet had lots of stains, it didn't look clean. The mattress was sagging because of how old it was. This hotel needs a remodel badly. There is no one cleaning your room at any point in your stay-you need to notify them 1 day in advance if you want them to do so. Because we were traveling with a pet we couldn't stay at a room with a fireplace or a nice bath tub (like the ones pictured). Also, the parking lot is open and anybody can come in so that didn't feel very safe, as there are a lot of homeless people in Eureka. Overall, I would not stay here again and would not recommend to anyone. There is a new Hilton down the street at roughly the same price point and we'll be staying there in the future.

We had the special room that had a king size bed and a separate room with a queen size bed for my 17 year old son. A wonderful setup! My son loved their half indoor/outdoor heated pool and hot tub. The complimentary breakfast was nice too. Reception was helpful.

Friendly and helpful staff made check on a breeze. Clean comfy room there's a koi pond in the garden near the hot tub. However, we were there on a Saturday and I don't recommend walking around at night.

Good breakfast. Pool was good temp but doesn't tell you half outside half inside no door so it can get a little chilly. Hot tub was hot but i developed a rash from the chemicals. The property was wonderful. The garden area has a beauitful koi pond with lush landscaping. The rooms were large and comfortable. Breakfaat was delicious, well stocked and constantly resupplied. The staff was very helpful, courteous and kind. There are homeless all over Eureka, and here was no exception, but cameras and security kept them off the property. Main issue was with exiting the property. No light to make a left turn and traffic was challenging. I found most people would drive into the parking lot, toward McDonald's and use the light exiting their parking lot to head north. Easy work around We would definitely stay here in the future

I called the hotel ahead of time to let them know we would be arriving late. We got to the hotel about 10PM. We checked in at the office, got our room keys, unloaded our car and went to the room. We opened the door and took our luggage in the room. The room #108 was awful!! It was on the bottom floor, way over in the corner of the hotel, dark and very musty smelling. It was a dog friendly room. The bathroom door was all scratched up and the bathroom fan sounded like there was a helicopter in the room. The lights over the sink area were very dim and the walls were dark colors. We are 3-80 year old ladies and just didn't have the energy to go back to the office and have to move our luggage again. The next morning we went back to the office and made sure that we got another room. It took and hour or so for them to find us another room. The room we moved to was very nice. It looked like the rooms we saw online and thought we were going to get originally. The lady in the office (Tasha?)was really nice and very helpful. She's not the one that gave us the awful room the night before. I feel that we should get a refund for the terrible room we had the first night. We had such a relaxing stay! The highlight of our room was definitely the oversized jacuzzi tub—it felt like having our own private spa. The tub was spotless, easy to use, and perfect for unwinding after a long day. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything we needed. Staff were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to come back—highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for comfort and a touch of luxury!
