We stayed here for our 1 year anniversary! It was the best experience!!! Beautiful area, the resort had so many fun things for us to do and they brought in a live band in the evening for us to enjoy. They made our experience amazing!!! Would definitely recommend staying here. We will be back.

Air conditioning worked very well, pool was clean with brand new deck, had issues with door and had someone within a minute fixing it, great communication, rooms are bug free, plenty of towels, nice firepit, and 1 minute walk to trolly and food. Would definitely stay again.

My husband and I enjoyed the clean updated cute rooms.. Our favorite was going for a hike in the morning, stretching on the deck in the woods, getting in the sauna, and ending it with the cold plunge to help our tight muscles. Such a unique experience! Definitely recommend this place!

Great job on the updates/renovations at this hotel! The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful before and during my stay, and the location was convenient to all of the attractions we visited in Eureka Springs. A couple of things I wish the room had were a microwave, a place to put soap in the shower, and a bar in the shower to hang towels...all minor things though...thanks for a great stay!

We loved the sauna/cold plunge. Rained on our trip so wasn't able to use the pool but it looked inviting. The location was very well located. We enjoyed how the property was off the main strip for its quietness. Bed was very comfortable, nice shower and room temperature was perfect. Disappointment is it didn't have a coffee pot in room. Would return to this property.

Incredible place. The glass mirrored sauna tucked in the forest was totally unexpected. They’ve got really nice walking trails throughout. Only about 5 minutes from town which is super convenient, and there’s a trolley stop right out front. What a hidden gem!

We booked forest springs resort for a long weekend and honestly didn’t want to leave. The property is tucked right into the pines, you feel like you’re away from everything but can still get to downtown for dinner in mins. We spent most afternoon out on the deck with drinks, hitting the sauna in the evening and hanging out by the fireplace at night. If you’re looking for somewhere to actual relax and unplug this is it!

This motel/spa is a work in progress but will get a 5 star solid review once they fix the kinks. The map on the website is not to scale so I couldn't figure out where the sauna was located which I was really hoping to use. There wasnt any sinage easily visible that directed you to its location. Once I found it the door was locked! Only to later discover it just was that hard to open but....by that point I was needing to check out. The walking trails in the back of the property are magnificent! Wow! Truly spectacular and worth staying for that alone. The room is lovely. No coffee makes though and you literally have to leave the hotel and go down the street to a gas station or coffee shop to get some. No cups either for water or to rinse your mouth out with. If you are a side sleeper that bed was brutal and punishing. My partner found it comfy since he sleepy on his tummy and didn't mind the firmness. I did meet the owner the following morning and he asked for the feedback. I was honest. He took notes and assured me they would add signage, make coffee available on the property and provide cups. As for the mattresses they had already ordered then for the rooms. (The hotel is being remodeled so there was only a few rooms available) I sugested get a memory foam topper like most upscale properties. He took my suggestions seriously and I know they will follow through. Lastly: the linens and robes. OMG! Simply Devine. I never knew sheets towels and fabric could be memorable!

The entire property is being remodeled. We were notified the day before our stay that key amenities (pool, spa, breakfast, etc.) would be unavailable. Cancellation was offered, but we only needed a place to sleep, so we stayed. We arrived around 3 p.m. while crews were still working, and their music carried across the property until about 5 p.m. The rooms appeared recently finished but still had strong paint/off-gassing odors. Our biggest issue was the exterior doors—no weather stripping or thresholds, with visible gaps letting in daylight (and potentially bugs or small animals). Only one room in our row had a proper seal; I was able to switch rooms. Each room had a porch light but no switch to control it. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were too soft. The AC/heat worked well and was fairly quiet. No fridge in the room, though one was available in a shared laundry area. Soundproofing is poor—we could clearly hear neighbors above us early in the morning and late at night. There was also debris scattered on the hillside outside. Nearby dining helped salvage the stay—McGarity’s was excellent. The fire pit area was enjoyable, though lacking proper extinguishing resources per posted rules. Overall, not a terrible stay, but it didn’t live up to the name, photos, or expectations. Might be worth revisiting after renovations are complete.

Beautiful swimming pool, sauna and fire pit area! Rooms very updated. But next time, I would choose to NOT stay in the building that is in the front where street is. Too noisy from all the motorcycles and very bright light from the lighted resort sign comes in from the top of the curtains. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay!!

Such a great find. We stayed one night and found so many wonderful amenities it was hard to narrow down the best of the best! Great pool and deck, spa and cold plunge, pickleball, dog area complete with a dog stick library ❤️, robes, fire pit, and a lounge with EVERY single game you could imagine! It was quiet and the hosts were delightful! LOVED the rooms and everything seemed to be so well thought out.

Room was clean, staff is available, resort is listed as key less no staff on site for check in/check out- I’m assuming this is their end goal, they are not there yet. When booking room, said I’d get an email 72 hours prior to arrival with details and door code to our room. Check in was at 3pm, didn’t receive email until after 3pm after we located a staff member to help us get checked in. Other than that, place is beautiful, rooms are very nice, outside seating area very beautiful, they have pokers by fire pit for marshmallows, would stay again!

My family and I stayed for 3 nights with our dog, and I am so glad I booked this hotel. My kids loved the pool and the pickleball court. There was live music in the courtyard when we arrived Friday night which was really cool. Plenty of space to walk our dog and I enjoyed walking the trails on the property. The lounge was really nice too. We will definitely be back.
