Didn't dine at the property, but the food looks really good, bed was comfortable, t.v remote needs repairing and the window (room 5) everything easily accessible, Karaoke looks a hoot. Bathrooms are lovely

Great staff & no troubles with accommodation, it is old, but i love old, it is tidy & comfortable..
The atmosphere of the place is awesome with a great view over oxford st..
My only problem with the whole stay is, there is no parking at all & as far as im concerned, if you pay for a room, you get a space for your car aswell, city or not..

The place is a older wooden building. The place was clean and tidy. My room was clean, even it's at the front of the building, it's quiet. There's no staff around but text messages are clear and easy to follow when I first arrived.
Met the cleaning lady called Lee at checkout time. Lee was friendly and helpful. I let her know that I will use the guest house next time I come back.
