「We had a great time on our state tournament weekend. The house was beautiful! 4 couples shared it and there was plenty of space for everyone. The layout is fantastic. Even when cooking breakfast and dinner several of us were in the kitchen at once and we were not in each other's way. The view is gorgeous and we had fun fishing at the dock. Definitely would recommend this house for a getaway with a bigger family or a few friends.」

「We didn't get to take full advantage of the surrounding area of our cabin as it stormed all day Saturday. But, we had a great weekend. It was myself and 2 granddaughters, age 19 and 16. I carried food to cook on the grill, but because of the rain, couldn't do that. The cabin was equipped with 2 gas burners that made it easy to cook indoors. I have been to other cabins in the woods and could not use our phones or watch tv. This cabin had a tv with vcr and video cassette player and the wifi worked...

「Came to the area to see the solar eclipse, and decided to stay at this property on Cedar Creek Lake. The house was a perfect fit for the four of us adults and two small dogs. The big back porch has an amazing lake view, and the location—only an hour from Dallas—enabled us to enjoy lake life and go into town when we wanted to. The house was clean and comfortable, and the host made sure our experience was memorable. A great stay!」

「The place was spotless and the side yard is great for fur babies. The neighborhood is a bit rough, but once you are at the rental is is amazing. The lake is so peaceful. The porch was where I relaxed with morning coffee and evening sunsets. Stayed the week of the eclipse and was able to observe totality from the backyard. The fire pit is really nice and we made some great s'mores ♥️」
