This beautifully renovated unit projects coastal relaxation and is situated in a complex with two other holiday units, perfect for a large family or group of friends. Within walking distance to the local shops, cafes, river and the main beach you will not want to miss out on this beautiful holiday destination.

What we love:
- Webber BBQ and large covered entertaining deck.
- Both bedrooms featuring Queen Beds.
- TV with DVD player & unlimited Wifi
- Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher.

Please note this unit is in a complex of three. All units are available for holiday making it ideal for group bookings with friends or families.

Stairway to Evans holiday

The property is central to various eating establishments, including the bowling club, Illawong Pub, a bakery and coffee shop, walking distance to IGA and SPAR, gift shop etc. easy walk to the beach and another coffee shop. Had friends staying at the caravan park that is beside the bowling club, so easy to visit with them. Good sized fridge, microwave and toaster. On-site washing machine and clothes line. Air conditioning in lounge/ breakfast area and main bedroom. Second bedroom had comfortable queen bed, overhead fan, but otherwise very spartan.
