    The Sails Unit 2 is positioned only 200m from Evans Head Main Beach Surf Club and also a short walk into town where you have access to local cafes, amazing playgrounds, skateparks and the beautiful Evans River Foreshore picnic area.

    Generously situated over 3 levels, this well appointed townhouse features an inground swimming pool on the lower level and 5 generous bedrooms.
    The light-filled open plan living area is a wonderful space to gather with family and friend.

    The Sails Unit 2 has all of the holiday essentials needed, including air-conditioning, unlimited Wi-Fi and full linen supply.

Great location

This property has many positives. However could benefit from good clean. We found an old drink bottle and Christmas wrapping paper under the lounge. Long strands of black hair on toilet floor. Definitely didn't belong to any of us.Extremely hot, couldn't open windows there was no keys for window locks. Fan in one of bedrooms didn't work.In saying above these things are all fixable, and we still enjoyed the stay..
