Great experience. Property was clean and as advertised. Host was more than accommodating. The neighborhood was quiet and close to shopping & restaurants. Lots to see in the area. Came in for the Masters tournament. Rented both sides of the duplex. It’s nothing fancy but it serves the purpose. The host was very responsive and check-in was a breeze.

This space is not as pictured. Cute house but furniture is tired, bedroom is sparsely furnished - no closets or place for clothes. Shower head not working, dishwasher had still water in it. No nice outdoor furniture. Dissapointing.

Nice home away from home!

I stayed here several weeks due to some home remodel issues, so just needed a place to hang for a bit, and this fit the bill perfectly. Nice, quiet neighborhood close to several restaurants and grocery stores (many within walking distance if desired). I was one of the first guests at this property, so there were a few minor things that I'm sure will get sorted out as more guests stay here (like the kitchen could use a few items to be a bit more functional), but overall it was very comfortable. Great HUGE smart TV (65 inches I think?) with Netflix, Prime, etc. Great shower head with excellent hot water and water pressure. Washer and dryer worked well. Property manager very responsive and easy to work with-when there was an issue with the hot water going out, he was very quick to get it worked on and fixed. Also, check-in was a breeze-you receive the code to the smart lock and just let yourself in. Highly recommend!
