「Front desk clerk was very friendly however the room was filthy and run down with broken furniture. My son and I didn't even set our bags down. We just walked out and told them to cancel our reservation. She was kind enough to call the manager who agreed to a refund since we weren't even there 5 minutes, but I never got a refund because Expedia said they couldn't reach the manager.... not sure who's fault that is but really disappointing.」

「Mattress was likely a large bag filled with old clothes, very lumpy and hard. Could hear the CPAP machine of someone on one side and snoring the other. We do not travel frequently bot we will have to find another way for accomodations.」

「Dog hair all over room, founf pieces of dog food in the room, found a pill next to the bed, tub was nasty, xfinity box hanging from the wall by a cable, stains on bed blanket and pillowcases and sheets, tear in sheets No one at front desk for check in or out - had to call them. They also told us there was no breakfast but they would have coffee in desk area but all locked up and no one there 6:30 in the morning so no cofffee Would NEVER stay here again」

「I had to leave. The room smelled horribly, Most f the lights did not work. The shower continuously dripped and the bathroom floor was flooded. No iron or board as promised. I stayed an hour and Motel 6 canceled my reservation. I am waiting for a refund from Expedia!」
