Terrible*million The facility was full of homeless people and they were dirty and smoking all the time in the hallway, pool, and outside, maybe inside as well. The room was full of ordor and I spotted several bugs, not a bed bug though. Everything was dirty and the AC did not work properly. One of the two ice machines was not making ice and the front desk guy (brown skin guy) complained why I was getting so much ice. I had to because the room was not equipped with a fridge. I had to cool my food down for traveling. I had no option but he blamed me. Only good thing was the white guy at the front desk when I checked in.

Not in a great area but the stay was fine since I was only in my room to sleep. The room was still dirty even though it was “cleaned”. Recommend bringing your own pillow and blankets when staying. The people in and around the facility were questionable but had no personal issues, just intimidating and not a comfortable place to be.

The room smelled and was dirty. Were moved to a different room which smelled of bleach and was also dirty. Toilet did not flush correctly. Told staff when we left for the day in the morning. Nothing was done about it. When we got back in the evening the manager came with a plunger and got it working then walked out of the room dripping toilet water across the floor. Walked up to the front to get a clean towel and was refused a clean towel unless I brought in one to trade. Designated smoking areas but apparently okay for staff to smoke as they are walking into office. Nothing available for the"grab and go" breakfast, soda machine sold out. Shall I go on? This property is switching to being a Motel 6 tomorrow, but Tom Bodett would not want to be connected to it!
