    Nice sized private front porch with wicker furniture
    Off street parking in driveway or free street parking
    Large 6’ privacy wood fenced back yard with Grill & back yard seating in season (Winter stored).
    Living room has couch, swivel red leather chairs and ottomans, plus table seating with extra chairs.
    Queen beds with 12” memory foam in all 3 bedrooms.
    Large upstairs with bedroom and hang out area.
    50" TV in living room and 43" Roku Smart TV in one of the bedrooms
    Kitchen has island with seating and all utensils, dishes, pots and pans for your cooking convenience.

Visiting our daughter for Christmas. Nice comfortable house, exactly as described. Host was very responsive to questions. Highly recommend this place anytime you need a home away from home in Evansville

Great experience

House is in an older part of town but quiet and safe. Close to everything we wanted to go to. House was cute with lots of room for everyone. Only suggestion would be more hand towels in the kitchen and bathroom.

House was a older house but very clean and comfortable. Not for handicapped. Has all the amenities you would need for a longer stay.

The property was clean. It rained the night we arrived and caused a nasty smell. It went away after awhile. Rebecca was great to work with. This was a work teip. We didnspend much t9me in the house.

Great for family with dogs

Home is very clean. The yard was rather muddy, but it is a great place to stay with pets (fully fenced yard). Not a complaint: Microwave turntable does not work; and motion light on garage doesn't work when cold.

Great for family with dog

Clean, practical house perfect for family with pet. No problems really. Suggestions: equip kitchen with skillet, more toilet paper, provide Kleenex.

Evansville Baseball ⚾️

We where in Evansville because our son plays for the Washington Wild Things they were playing The Evansville Otters. The house was perfect for us, close to the field, cozy, cool(the air conditioning was amazing)and clean for an old house. Love Old houses, being from California we have no history. We hit up 3 great restaurants before the games. Maidens Brewery &Pub, Bru Burger Bar and Turoni’s Pizzery. All fantastic. If I was going back to Evansville I would stay here again.
