「This unit is a daylight basement conversion still in progress with some wires and ducting exposed. There is a full sized fridge with nice sized freezer. But it is not plumbed so no ice/cold water and no ice cube trays provided. There are cutlery and dishes provided but you must wash them in the bathroom sink. 「I filtered for an entire place, but this is actually a basement unit with people living above, which greatly affected privacy and noise. 「We were very comfortable here but would suggest that they enlarge address on their home and let people know that they are renting a house in their back yard. Gate being closed repeatedly cutting off entrance and exit was a real problem. 」
