“We had rented this house previously and rented it again for a family gathering. It has been great both times we’ve rented. The house is nicely arranged for accommodating couples, families, and individuals, and provides a comfortable spot for spending relaxing time on beautiful Hat Island. The lot and picnic table across the road provide a wonderful view of Puget Sound, boats, and the state ferries.”

“Everything was very nice and well taken care of. It was a little confusing to me which areas belonged to the private owners, which areas were shared with other guests, and which were private. But everything we wanted was readily available. I loved the massage chair. And the deck/sauna/hot tub were excellent!”

“Very nice, bed was comfy, it was every clean and had every amenity needed. Only thing is (personal opinion) the smell was very strong in the vrbo due to the air freshner used and we just didnt like it. Still very nice place.”

“Excellent property! Loved the little touches like bottled water and plenty of tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Lots of space for parking on the driveway. Very convenient commute to Lynnwood, Bothell and Seattle. Would definitely stay here again!K.N. Arun”

“Great, beautiful home. Very comfortable but…1. Dryer lint filter is clogged under the lint basket causing it to take way to long to dry towels. 2. Step going into the kitchen needs stapling or gorilla glue on the carpet - trip hazard. 3. One short glass was cracked so we threw it away. 4. Needed more wash cloths 5. I would definitely rent this again. ”

“The unit is above a garage- but description does not include stairs. Would not have booked if stairs mentioned. Says dining room table, instead has a sloping 1x6 shelf and 3 bar stools. Also no couch or chair, have to sit on the bed to watch tv. Needs a deep cleaning, ”
