The location is great if you want to be in or near Ballard. The house is impeccable, and nicely furnished. It's very close to the bus line and a well-traveled street, but parking is usually available in front of the house.

Cute North Beach/Ballard Condo
This was the perfect spot for us! We were just in town for a quick overnight to see a concert in Ballard. We loved that we were able to bring our dog, and the location is super convenient to get to restaurants, coffee, dog park, etc. The condo is spacious and even has a roof garden. Next time we will spend a bit more time to enjoy the neighborhood a bit.
