We had a really comfortable stay here, the room was spacious for Tokyo, and we didn't feel claustrophobic during the 5 nights we were there. Room and amenities were clean - appreciated that there is a self-service laundry area, and luggage storage at the lobby.
The hotel also has some regular programming (eg. geisha and noh theatre performances that we didn't manage to catch), and a tea room that opens daily for guests serving complimentary local snacks and beverages.
The location is pretty ideal (short walk from two nearby stations), and in the centre of a lot of asakusa's main attractions. However, it is rather far out from the bustling shinjuku/shibuya area so you'll need to factor in some travelling time if you want to explore those areas. The nearest stations are also not on the JR lines, so it does take a couple line changes to get to and from places.
There is uniqlo and Don Quijote nearby. Neighbourhoods like Kappabara kitchenware town & Akihabara are nearby, so great if you are looking to explore those areas.
Overall, an enjoyable stay!
