Perfection

We loved everything about our stay in Evran - the town is charming and quiet and well situated for day trips to other parts of Brittany. We spent a lot of time at the tastefully decorated house, which is both cozy and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and the lounge areas so very comfortable. Virginie is an excellent host and the house and pool were unforgettable. We will definitely return and we highly recommend!

Großzügiges Anwesen mit schönem Pool

Wir haben sehr schöne zwei Wochen in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus liegt sehr schön ruhig nur wenige Kilometer von Évran entfernt. Haus und Garten bieten genug Platz für zwei Familien. Der überdachte Pool lässt sich auch gut bei schlechtem Wetter nutzen. Obwohl Évran auch zu Fuß zu erreichen ist, ist ein Auto definitiv notwendig.

Nous avons passé 2 très belles semaines dans cette propriété, tout confort, très bien arrangée, très calme. La literie est très bonne, il y a un grand jardin où les enfants ont pu s'amuser en toute liberté et nous avons bien pu profiter tous les jours de la piscine couverte et chauffée à 28°. La région est riche en lieux à visiter. Au niveau météo, pas de grosses chaleurs à redouter et nous avons pu à plusieurs reprises profiter de belles plages à environ 35-40 minutes en voiture (Cancale, Saint-Cast). Pour les courses plusieurs supermarchés à courte distance. Très bon accueil par les hôtes, à la fois discrets et disponibles. Nous recommandons cette location

A beautiful, spacious gite with great covered, heated pool. Great location outside the village and close to Dinan. Overall very happy with everything. Wish we had read detail better and brought towels. Our mistake

Un grand merci pour cet accueil chaleureux et généreux. Nous avons pu profité du jardin en toute sécurité pour les enfants. piscine, barbecue, salon de jardin, balançoire, vélos,..., nous garderons de bons souvenirs de ces quelques jours auprès de la Rance où les balades sont sans difficulté, ressourçantes et appréciées de tous!

Un endroit à découvrir

La maison est entièrement rénovée (et bien rénovée), confortable, bien meublée, bien équipée et au calme. Nous avons apprécié les petits détails très sympathiques (les moustiquaires aux fenêtres, ce qui permet de dormir tranquille les fenêtre ouvertes), les pinces à linges neuves, une éponge propre en arrivant etc ... La piscine est grande, propre et très pratique avec son abri. Les propriétaires sont charmants, attentionnés et veillent à vos besoins, tout en étant discrets. En résumé une très belle location, bien placée, à 10 min de Dinan et à 30 min des plages. Beaucoup de lieux intéressants sont proches. PS : Les commerces sont disponibles à Evran, à coté. Pas besoin de faire des KMs sans arrêt.

Ruhiges,gut ausgestattetes Landhaus.

Das Haus war offensichtlich erst vor kurzem renoviert worden und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es war sehr sauber und mit zahlreichen Haushaltsgegenständen ausgestattet, z.B.jeweils 18 Teller. Der Pool war groß und wurde gut gewartet. Die nahebei wohnenden Eltern der Vermieterin halfen alles kennenzulernen und wären sofort ansprechbar gewesen, hätte es Probleme gegeben. Die Ruhe war wunderbar, eine wenig befahrene Straße liegt etwas entfernt und stört überhaupt nicht. Das Meer und die zur Hauptreisezeit natürlich überlaufenen Attraktionen sind nicht weit entfernt. Dinan liegt ganz in der Nähe, ein sehr hübsches Städtchen. Für uns (3 Generationen) war es ein gelungener Urlaub. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
