「The way the pictures are setup, makes the house seem different. The age of the house is old. It smelled, especially when you first walk in. It smelled old & like sewage. Speaking of sewage, FIX THE PLUMBING. The water ran outside the house which caused a terrible big problem. There was some kind of insect eggs in the downstairs bedroom on the blinds. Therefore, the house needs a deep clean. Also, house was half renovated in some areas. Overall, we made our trip great but the house needs work.」

「First impression was a very dirty door handle on the screen door. It went downhill from there. Febreeze wall units overtook you as soon as you walked in. Every room had one and it was nauseating. The seating in the living room is only one couch. The table in the dinning room was a little larger than a folding bridge table with four tiny chairs. The beds had four inch thick mattresses without a box spring. The bath towels were of the lowest grade so you had to use two to dry your face....

「We had a friends’ getaway long weekend here and loved it. The property is beautiful and we loved sitting outside by the pool with coffee and listening to the birds sing. The house is roomy and very homey and the beds were soooo comfortable. The location is perfect—-less than a ten minute drive to downtown New Hope with all its shops, restaurants, etc.., but the wooded property is private and quiet and definitely feels like you’re away from it all. We also loved the adorable goats, and fed them...

「Overall, the house had plenty of room. It was a pleasant home. The owner immediately responded when we couldn't turn on the heat. It is definitely secluded and was great for my son's dog. I would ask the owner to provide a dresser and a mirror in each of the bedrooms to accommodate her guests. Also, a lamp or some floor lighting other than overhead in the living area would have been better. And, instructions on how to navigate the TV would have been better. Overall, I give the stay a 4 star...

「Javann was great & very responsive. He responded to all my messages promptly & when I couldn't figure out the lock box he drove over to help me (it was user error on my part). The neighborhood is older, but the neighbors I interacted with were friendly. Inside of the house was very clean & exceeded my expectation. There was a lot of space for my 3 kids & dog with 2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a kitchen & bathroom. It also had a backyard where I could take my dog. Parking was first come, first...
