"Lovely stay overall. We had a great experience, although our weekend was a bit noisy as the gardening staff was using machinery on Friday. Some improvements and areas of opportunity we found: Not allowing snacks by the pool was surprisingly frustrating. When you're spending the afternoon there, it's natural to want something light to eat without having to leave. Everyone we spoke to during our stay shared the same feedback. This feels like an urgent opportunity to improve the experience. Did the sauna and contranst therapy. The facilities are a great addition, but one of the showers is in need of maintenance. The shower jets no longer work properly, which takes away from the experience. That said, the staff was genuinely warm and welcoming, the room was beautiful, and the location is fantastic. With a few small improvements, the overall experience could be exceptional."
