“This was our 3rd stay at the Muntham Appartments (6th stay with Torquay holiday Lettings in total) & was fantastic as always. Grant & Adam always make us feel very welcome and valued guests. Our room was spotlessly clean as always and stocked with the essentials, as well as some lovely treats too. Brody (our doggie) is always happy staying here, he’s supplied with useful throws/towels etc. as well as some tasty treats and lots of affection from both Grant & Adam and is always excited to see……

“A reasonably kitted out house with a garden that takes dogs and is a short pretty flat walk to the sea - that’s all great! But being quite low it has a bit of a damp ish smell, there was a snail trail in the kitchen and there was an issue with something on the carpet in one of the rooms. Having said that, the convenient location made up for the minor gripes and we’d go again. Children would need watching going up to the garden though (which had good outside furniture).”

“We knew before arriving at the property that there was no hot water and chose to stay as we couldn't find anywhere short notice. The water was still luke warm and the host did everything possible to make us comfortable. When we had problems with the lazy spa she also sent someone around asap. It was a lovely place to stay!”
