Fern has one of the best swimming pools in Exmouth. It’s a whopping 7 meters, south facing with uninterrupted views of the canals. Perfect for cooling off in the summer months, watching sunsets from the large surrounding deck or just laying out on the sun lounges soaking up the Exmouth warmth.

There are plenty more features including a Private Jetty with space for a 7m Boat. A modern, well equipped kitchen is open to the large family dining table and connected to the lounge, equipped with a large TV for movies or watching the game. There is also free wifi included.

Enough space for the whole family with a King sized bed and Ensuite in the main bedroom, Queen sized bed in the second bedroom and the 2 remaining bedrooms with 2 x king singles in each.
Sleeping a total of 8 people and including a second family bathroom with a bath and seperate toilet Fern has all you needs covered.

All of our holiday homes are self provisioning. Some basic items have been provided for your convenience. Supermarkets are open 7 days a week and are located in the town centre.
