“La limpieza impecable. De muy buen tamaño la habitación, sin embargo la cama muy pequeña. Ponen cafetera pero cobran las cápsulas del café. Aún no entregaba las llaves, cuando ya estaban entrando a limpiar. 😩”

“This hotel was great. I would definitely stay here again should we come back to Puebla. It was clean and the staff was incredibly accommodating. Something to note is that there is no fridge in the hotel room. We were able to ask at the front desk and they gave us a ticket to keep things refrigerated and retrieve them from the front desk as needed. We were also able to check in a bit early, and they stored our luggage well after check out so we could explore the area. ”

“This was the 4th time I stayed here, and the last time (on 3rd time) i had issues with the shower, but I thought it would be better next time, but I believe it is time for me to see other options. This time I not only I had a bad experience with the shower, but the pillows were horrible as well. I asked to change them, but they never did.
