“the room was very clean and spacious - was nice to have a couch & chair to use when not wanting to sit directly on the bed. the bed and pillows were comfortable. the bathroom spacious and clean. the front lobby was very clean - signage for the restrooms when coming from the lobby were quite lacking - you have to travel all the way down the hallway, through some double doors, past the fitness room and pool and further down past the restaurant. There is a sign for a restroom beside the pool……

“Staff was helpful when we had to change room to accommodate access after surgery, unfortunately we had a noisy neighbour who left the TV on all night long. Hard to find a quiet hotel.”

“Staff were kind, helpful, and friendly. I find when I book through a third party the hotel gives you a less desirable room. I stayed with my dad the night before in a room my mom and I booked directly with the hotel and it was great on the third floor. The next night I booked through Expedia and the room was on the main level, at the very back of the hotel, it smelled, was loud because it was next to a utility room and a busy street. It was also on the same floor as those who like to……
